Francesco Perilli, Manging Director and General Manager of Equita S.I.M. S.p.A. (formerly Euromobiliare S.I.M.).

After two years as a mercantile marine deck officer,  graduated cum Laude in Business Economics at the L. Bocconi University in Milan, and attended a specialization course at the New York University.

Francesco Perilli works in Equita S.I.M. since February 1985. He has planned and achieved the transformation of the division S.I.M. under his responsibility, as requested by regulation.
Since 1989 is head of Equities.
In 1992 Equita S.I.M. also absorbed Equity Capital Market (ECM) and Advisory activities from Euromobiliare.

Francesco Perilli is member of Assosim management committee since 1994. He was a member of the Italian Stock Exchange board of directors from April 1996 to December 1997 prior to the privatization.
